· Set-up and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue generation targets for
the location in consultation with the Segment Heads
· Develop and analyze business opportunities with the Clients for Staffing services
· Ensure smooth sales closing and on time payment collections
· Develop new business prospects and strengthen the existing Client base and
Team
· Obtain approval of the Clients for the RDFs (Ref.No.F/7.2/01) for each
requirement received
· Publish Daily Status report for the location activities
· In depth knowledge/information about the key organizations to penetrate our
services at the right time.
· Provide strategic inputs to the management for business alliance, expansion,
branding, etc.
· Database and Infrastructure management for the location
· Follow QMS and provide necessary inputs for improvement |
