· Prepare a yearly growth plan for the organization, implement and revive annually
· Prepare a complete recruitment forecast for the entire financial year.
· Give a ramp up plan for each location quarterly.
· Responsible for achieving the projected placement targets; plugging loopholes, if
any and taking corrective measures for the performance improvement.
· Monitor the entire delivery operations for Placements across multiple locations.
· Define the overall pattern of recruitment process across the existing locations
and replicate the same at any upcoming locations.
· Develop new business prospects for every location in consultation with the
respective Branch Head and strengthen the existing client base.
· Handle senior level and critical manpower requirements of the Clients
· Develop a relationship with the top officials in various companies/Clients.
· Evaluate the different members of the organization on the basis of their
performances and suggest their growth plans.
· Suggest effective ways for strengthening the candidate Database
· Suggest cost effective ways to automate entire business process
· Provide support to the Management in smooth functioning of the organization
· Ensure implementation of QMS and provide necessary inputs for improvement |
