2. To manage Indian subsidiary with the business plan and associated budget.
3. To proactively identify, develop an initiate further business opportunities.
4. To participate at Group management and Excom meetings as required.
5. To maintain a suitable business structure with healthy interpersonal relationships and motivated workforce.
6. To promote/advertise Indian subsidiary and group businesses.
