YUVRAJ MALI, Director
Yuvraj holds Masters Degree in Economics from the Shivaji University , Kolhapur and in Human Resources Development Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He also has attended several other MDP's conducted by reputed institutions like XLRI, Jamshedpur , Leadership Management International, USA and University of Cambridge , UK . He is a member of several trade and social service associations. He has over two decades of Human Resources Management experience in a spectrum of Engineering, Process, Services, Information Technology and Consulting organizations. He has handled prestigious “Top Management Level” Executive Search assignments with several transnational organizations. He looks after the Strategic Planning and Corporate Affairs functions.

G. MOHAMED FAZIL, Associate Director
Fazil holds Masters Degree in Computer Science Applications (MCA) and Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bharathidasan University and MDPs from Leadership Management International, USA. He has over a decade of experience in the areas of Software Development and E-learning. Fazil has wide experience in Client Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Multimedia Authoring, and Corporate Training. He has executed lucrative assignments in Information Technology segment and built an excellent delivery team to cater the ever increasing manpower requirements of our IT Clients. He is the Client Management Head for ARMS services in southern region, based out of Bangalore in Karnataka.

SHIRISH KETKAR, Associate Director
Shirish graduated from V.J.T.I. Mumbai with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has attended various Management Development programs.  He has more than 3 decades of technical and commercial experience with trans-national organizations. He has handled responsibilities at various levels & functions: from Manufacturing, Marketing, to the position of C.E.O & M.D. He has worked in various countries for Technology Transfer, Business Development and Project Executions. Shirish looks after the New Business Development and Client Management in the engineering sector.

RAJESH KUMAR, Head – Client Management
Rajesh holds Masters degree in Control Engineering from Pune University, and an MBA in marketing. He has 15 years of techno-managerial experience in govt/defence sector, followed by over 16 years of industry experience in the manufacturing sector. He has led several projects on business process re-engineering resulting in improved business performance. Restructuring of business units and follow-on implementation have been some of his key business experiences. He has headed industrial tools and hardware business of Newell Rubbermaid (a diversified US multinational) in India. He has experience of relocation and setting up of a new business unit, including hiring of the entire human resource, and their training and development thereafter. He is the Client Management Head for ARMS services in western region, based out of Pune in Maharashtra.
