  1. October 2008 – ARMS provided Head of Product to Nokia R&D Center at Bangalore
  2. September 2008 – ARMS provided Head of Production to Kinetic Engg. at Ahmednagar
  3. August 2008 – ARMS provided Delivery Head to Mobily Infotech at Bangalore
  4. July 2008 – ARMS provided Company Secretary & Head of Legal Affairs to Kinetic Engg at Pune
  5. June 2008 – ARMS provided Chief Financial Officer to Kinetic Engg. at Pune
  6. May 2008 – ARMS provided Regional Global Customer Director to Durr India at Chennai.
  7. April 2008 – ARMS implemented ERP to take up the complete operations on line.  This will help to improve productivity by consolidating multi-location operations for effective delivery as well as to improve customer satisfaction.  ARMS has plans to appoint Associates at major industrial/business places across India .
  8. March 2008 – ARMS placed Head of Corporate Taxation with Kinetic group at Pune.
  9. February 2008 – ARMS placed Technical Team with Mobily - leading mobile service provider from UAE for their offshore development center at Bangalore
  10. January 2008 – ARMS placed Global Product Manager with Bateman , South Africa for Material Handling segment
  11. December 2007 – ARMS placed Country Head with an MNC from USA , engaged in Machine Tool business globally.  Also signed up comprehensive manpower assignments for their upcoming projects in India .
  12. November 2007 – ARMS placed Technical Head with Kinetic Engineering for their powertrain components project at Singur
  13. October 2007 – ARMS placed Head of Operations with an US MNC at Bangalore , engaged in manufacturing of industrial consumables
  14. October 2007 – ARMS placed Global Product Manager with Bateman, South Africa for Material Handling segment
  15. September 2007 – ARMS placed Company Secretary with Kinetic Motors Limited, Pune.
  16. August 2007 – ARMS placed Business Head for new product line with Kennametal India Limited, Bangalore .
  17. July 2007 – ARMS placed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Kinetic Engineering, Pune.
  18. June 2007 – ARMS placed Head – Human Resources for Global talent acquisition with Bateman Engineering , South Africa .
  19. May 2007 – ARMS placed Business Development Head ( India ) with Enzen Global Technologies, Bangalore . Also placed Product Management Head with Kennametal Ltd., Bangalore
  20. April 2007 – ARMS placed Business Head for the commercial Tool Room of Jai Hind Sciaky. Also placed Manager – Multimedia Projects Division with Nokia.
  21. March 2007 – ARMS placed Head – Electrical Engineering cell with Wipro Infotech.
  22. February 2007 – ARMS placed Global Manager – Engineering Packages with Bateman , South Africa .
  23. January 2007 – ARMS placed Manager – Software Testing Division with Nokia.
  24. December 2006 – ARMS provided complete Technical team for an international project to General Electrical
  25. November 2006 - ARMS placed Vice President (Works) with Kinetic Engineering.
  26. Octomber 2006 - ARMS elevated Mr. Gul Mohamed Fazil as Associate Director of the company. He is the first employee to become Director within 3 years of services with the organization. He sets an excellent example of the individual growth within the organization.
  27. September 2006 - ARMS placed Head of Human Resources at Bateman India .
  28. Provided core telecom professionals and a Project Manager to Nokia.
  29. August 2006 - ARMS provided core Technical Team and General Manager - Projects to Bateman India .
  30. July 2006 – ARMS successfully cleared Surveillance Audit conducted by TUV for ISO 9001:2000 certification.  TUV found our systems and procedures up to the mark and provided inputs for further improvement.
  31. June 2006 - ARMS moved to the larger office premises at Cambridge Layout, Bangalore.
  32. May 2006 - ARMS placed COO and CFO at Bateman India.
  33. April 2006 - ARMS conducted exclusive recruitment drive for Pentair Water at Bangalore.
  • March 31 2006 - ARMS successfully completed the 3rd financial year with a turnover of Rs.2.00 Crores (unaudited).

ARMS bagged turnkey recruitment assignment from a global leader in Natural Resource industries & executed successfully.

  • February 2006 - ARMS started its operations at Hyderabad and  plans to set up a  comprehensive infrastructure to provide personalized services to our Clients and candidates.

  • January 2006 - ARMS achieved "Preferred Vendor" status with Lion Bridge for IT Staffing services.

  • December 2005 - ARMS achieved 2nd Rank in Wipro Infotech's Resource Partner Engagement Program for the year 2005-06 and got the status of Preferred Partner for IT Staffing services.

  • November 2005 - ARMS placed CEO with Jaihinind Sciaky a Kinetic Group company
  • October 2005 - ARMS conducted exclusive recruitment drives for Kennametal Widia at Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi & Pune and provided them with good number of Application Engineers.

  • September 2005 - ARMS conducted exclusive recruitment drive for Pentair Water at Bangalore and provided them with good number of Design (R&D) professionals.

  • August 2005 - ARMS appoints a Residential Manager at Mumbai to take care of the existing Clients as well as develop new business and initiate process of setting-up branch office.

    ARMS signed-up with Engg Giant Rane group & Retail giant Spencer's to provide them Senior Management professionals.

    ARMS placed International Business Development Head with APL for their Europe operations.

  • July 2005 - Kinetic Engg Group in their restructuring process; assigns top level manpower requirements like CEO, COO and various Department Head positions to ARMS exclusively.
  • June 2005 - ARMS Bangalore office successfully gets through the ISO 9001:2000 certification audit on 20th June; followed by Chennai office on 25th June and recommended by TUV India for the accreditation.
  • May 2005 - ARMS conducted internal audit of its quality management systems and decided to appoint TUV India for the ISO 9001:2000 certification audit/approval.
  • April 2005 - ARMS successfully executed large assignment with Satyam Computer Services by placing Pre-sales Head (3 positions) and Sr. Technical Architects (6 positions).
  • March 31, 2005 - ARMS successfully completed the 2nd financial year with a turnover of Rs.1.56 Crores.

    • ARMS core team size crossed 20 numbers and placed over 500 aspiring professionals with various Clients.
  • February 2005 - ARMS completed its QMS, as per the requirements under ISO 9001:2000 and started implementing the same at Bangalore and Chennai offices.
  • January 2005 - ARMS decided to spread over its services to Engineering sector and started working with Mahindra & Mahindra for their manpower requirement of Design (R&D) professionals.

    • ARMS successfully placed Information Technology Head with APL, Head of Exports with TIL and Head of Herbal Business with Apex Laboratories.
  • November 2004 - ARMS provided Contract Staff to Wipro Technologies and Majoris at Bangalore with various software skills. Also placed Head of Exports with Apex Laboratories.
  • October 2004 - ARMS decided to initiate the QMS building process and get the company ISO 9001:2000 certified.
  • September 2004 - ARMS conducted Laxmi Pooja at the Bangalore office, along with an outdoor event for its employees and distributed Share certificates to all the co-promoters.
  • July 2004 - ARMS conducted exclusive recruitment drive for Tavant Technologies for their requirement of Contract staff in information technologies at Bangalore , Chennai, Pune & Hyderabad.
  • June 2004 - ARMS conducted another exclusive recruitment drive at Bangalore for Aurobindo Pharma to provide them R&D, QA and Production professionals.
  • May 2004 - ARMS opened its first branch office to provide personalized services to the Clients at Bangalore and explore new business opportunities in the western part of the country.

    • ARMS signed up with Wipro Technologies, Tavant, AstraZeneca, Millipore and build on Client based in IT and Pharma sectors.

    ARMS     successfully placed Country Head with Ranbaxy, QA Head with APL.
  • March 2004 - ARMS closed its first financial year (9 months) with a turnover of Rs.1.09 Crores.

    ARMS core team size crossed single digit and Management invited the key employees to become co-promoter and build a world class organization.

    • ARMS successfully conducted recruitment drive for HCL Technologies at Hyderabad and placed Practice Head with a team of Oracle Apps professionals.
  • January 2004 - ARMS conducted exclusive recruitment campaign for Aurobindo Pharma at Chennai for their requirement of R&D and Quality Assurance professionals.
  • November 2003 - ARMS conducted first seminar on "Personal Tax Planning" for the Contract Staff; followed by get-to-gather with Clients & Staff family members at Residence Towers, T. Nagar, Chennai.
  • September 2003 - Lupin Limited, Mumbai invited ARMS to exclusively source R&D professionals for their research center at Pune and ARMS started providing services in Pharmaceutical segment. Successfully placed Scientists, Clinical Research, Supply-chain, Projects and QA professionals at middle and senior level.

    • Consequently, ARMS signed-up with Aurobindo Pharma, Hyderabad to provide them technical & management professionals and successfully placed Head of Human Resources.

    Today, ARMS is working with most of the industry leaders in Pharma sector, executed lucrative assignments and established leadership position.
  • July 2003 - ICICI Infotech invited ARMS to provide Contract Staff in information technologies. ARMS placed over 150 Consultants in the span of six months and retained them over a year, until ICICI Infotech absorbed them as their permanent employees.

    • ARMS conducted exclusive recruitment campaign for ICICI Infotech at various locations viz. Hyderabad , Bangalore , Pune, Mumbai and Kolkotta to recruit software professionals in mass.
  • June 2003 - ARMS registered under Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies at Chennai; as a Private Limited company on Monday, 9th June 2003 .
    ARMS started providing Staffing services to HCL Technologies & Satyam Computer Services and adding reputed Clients to its port-folio.
